The Fort Worth Court of Appeals recently reaffirmed that orders denying a motion to dissolve a prejudgment writ of garnishment are interlocutory and, therefore, not appealable.  Accordingly, the Court dismissed the appeal.  The Court’s memorandum opinion in MRI Country Bend Invest.
